The contract provides for one, U.S. flag, cargo vessel under a MSC dry cargo time charter. It allows for worldwide use of the vessel to meet current and emergent missions.U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) requires one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 228 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The place/range of delivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA), and the place/range of redelivery is Nordenham, Germany.
