This project consists of making or enlarging dredge cuts, construction of fills, construction of new harbor channels and dredging in various channels and harbors. The Contractor shall deliver the dredge and attendant plant ready for operation in the vicinity of McKellar Lake Harbor, Memphis, TN (Mile 725 AHP), or to any other work site as may be directed.
The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Mobilization, compliance with all permit and regulatory requirements, dredging and upland disposal of 100 cubic yards of dredged material, and demobilization. Work must be completed prior to January 15, 2024. To receive consideration, Bids shall be submitted on the appropriate forms no later than the above date and time schedule for the opening.

Dredging shall remove all material to the elevations listed in the Plans. Work in Areas A and C may include a 0.5-foot over-dredge allowance. Work in Areas B, D, E, F, and G may include a 1.0-ft 2.0-ft over-dredge allowance. Localized depressions, crevasses, etc. beyond the 2.0-ft over-dredge allowance that may occur due to the dredging process in these areas will be allowed.
