The Consultant shall provide services to the Wilton Drive Improvement District assisting with the marketing and economic viability of the fifty-six (56) properties and their tenants businesses included in the Wilton Drive Improvement District of the City of Wilton Manors.  This is being funded by Wilton Drive Improvement District and not the general fund.
