Technical Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide bonded, fully trained, experienced parking attendants who possess a valid state driver s license, be U.S. citizens and be fluent in the English language. Contractor personnel shall be at least 18 years of age, have no criminal history, and be able to perform all general duties, functions, and activities as required.

Industry Day attendees shall register for the event as follows: Submit vendor name, vendor representative name(s), Date of Birth, driver’s license number and issuing state, email(s), phone number(s) to the WTDC Industry Day event coordinator and COR, roger.a.owen.civ@army.mil, NO LATER THAN 4 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 24 May 2024.

The quoter will be evaluated on the supporting documentation that they provided such as licenses/certificates for First Aid Certificate issued by the Red Cross and California State Driver s License for each driver, Insurance as required in SOW.

Vendor drivers/personnel: Vendor drivers shall maintain a valid driver s license for the type of vehicle operated as required by the State of Texas. The vendor shall be licensed by the state and /or local health authority in the localities where licenses are required. Vendor personnel, while performing the services of this requirement, shall conduct themselves in a professional business-like manner.
