: 33 Project Description:The CPD is soliciting proposals from experienced firms with the capacity for the maintenance, management, and operation of six (6) golf courses, one (1) miniature golf course, and three (3) driving ranges including all site buildings, maintenance buildings, parking lots and concessions (collectively the “Golf Facilities”).
