General Description Driving surface aggregate will be composed of crushed stone, excluding marine limestone, filled and bound with screenings. The aggregate will be free from vegetable matter, sand, lumps or balls of clay, or other deleterious matter. Driving surface aggregate will consist of coarse and fine aggregate as defined in this subsection. b.
EAST PENN TOWNSHIP requires services to deliver, place, and compact approximately 3,100 tons of DSA, to Germans Road (T-333), for an approximate length of 6,725 feet at 18-foot width.
