The object of this sole source award is to have ongoing Drupal software development support expertise as we continue O&M support of the recently launched FWS.gov web hub and supporting sub-sites. The resources procured under this contract are anticipated to serve as the main support team for FWS's Drupal environment, as this expertise is not maintained internally.

Therefore, potential sources are required to have extensive technical knowledge of the following applications and their functional capability: Content Management Systems (CMS's), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Drupal as a Service (DaaS) applications. Services will be performed at the Contractor's facility with the exception of an occasional visit to NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
