Course: All Hazards Incident Management Team (IMT 0305) Hours: 40 Hours of Instruction over 5 Days Number of students: Up to 40 Course Description: The United States Fire Administration (USFA) Type 3 IMT 0305 shall focus on the importance of developing and operating as a functional USFA Type 3 IMT. The course shall instruct individual responders to perform as viable team members by demonstrating the goals of the NIMS and the NRF.
The ideal PIO will have a working knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and National Recovery Framework (NRF), and have demonstrated success working within the flexible, modular, and adaptable organizational structure of the Incident Command System (ICS); experience on an IMT in a county-level EOC is preferred.
