The proposed contract is for Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for DSS DataBridge Software Suite for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source to a Service-Disabled Owned Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with VAAR 819.7007. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, project management, and software to provide perpetual license software subscription maintenance and support with 24 x 7 coverage for the DSS Databridge software installed on Government provided hardware.
