EMERGENCY TOWING AND STORAGE SERVICES, VEHICLE TOWING Light/Conventional Duty Class A Wrecker with or without Rotator with Driver/Operator - utilized for towing vehicles weighing 7,000 pound or less (passenger cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles, small trailers, and similar vehicles). Wrecker shall have a GVWR (minimum gross vehicle weight rating) of no less than 10,000 pounds or 11,000 pounds for rollback wreckers.

The Contractor shall have a contact for immediate roadside assistance and or roadside vehicle recovery via Mechanics Contact Truck or Wrecker Type Truck. Whether on a normal duty day, weekends, holidays, and after normal duty hours for emergency vehicle repair. The required response time is to be within two (2) hours from the time the call is received. Emergency vehicle repair shall be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
