Request for Proposals - Eagle Lake Campground Operations Project Description :The County is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or corporate entities interested in a five (5) year business opportunity to operate the Eagle Lake campground. The services and facilities are to be managed and maintained by an Operator under an agreement with Wheatland County expiring December 31, 2027.

The Contractor shall perform janitorial duties in the Eagle Lake Ranger District Office located at 477-050 Eagle Lake Road, Susanville, CA 96130.  The Eagle Lake Ranger District Office has approximately 12,850 square feet.  The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies, except those listed as Government Furnished Components, for the performance of this contract.
