The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain earthwork related services and tree services for all sites used by the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) over the next five years.
Most of the project is a new roadway alignment extension requiring tree clearing and grubbing, and earthwork embankment within new County ROW limits that also extend adjacent to the Yulee High and Middle School property.
The scope will include temporary fence, erosion control, demo / earthwork, moisture conditioning/select fill, structural soil, tree relocation, utilities, site concrete, stamped / integral color concrete,shade structure foundation / installation, fencing, earth shaping/ fine grading, site masonry, structuralsteel, irrigation, turf establishment, landscape, signage, site electrical, site amenities installation andboulders.

engineering: Earthworks are land grading to reconfigure the topography of a site, or to stabilize slopes.

The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: replacement and extension of 800 feet or less of flatwork, commercial and residential sidewalks, streetlight and pedestrian light installation, 800 feet or less of landscaping, corresponding erosion control, earthwork and incidental traffic control plans.
