The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain earthwork related services and tree services for all sites used by the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) over the next five years.
Most of the project is a new roadway alignment extension requiring tree clearing and grubbing, and earthwork embankment within new County ROW limits that also extend adjacent to the Yulee High and Middle School property.
The project consists of preparatory trail cleaning, tree trimming, root pruning, earthwork, compaction, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement and base repairs, asphalt concrete overlays, adjustment of existing utility covers to grad, and all appurtenant work.
