One (1) 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, yard piping, site improvements, electrical, SCADA, and all necessary appurtenances associated with the construction of the tank as shown on the plans and in the specifications.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes but is not limited to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Newmarket East (Harry Walker Parkway) Elevated Tank Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades located at 221 Harry Walker Parkway South, Newmarket, ON, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Deliverables”).

There is an additional alternate bid item for the replacement of chain link fencing with concrete fencing at the City of Cedar Park East New Hope Elevated Storage Tank Facility at 350 East New Hope Dr., Cedar Park, Texas, 78613, at the intersection of East New Hope Dr. and Main St. Fence to be replaced is depicted in Exhibit C, for a total of 251 linear feet of fencing.

Description: Description:The work for this project consists primarily of renovating the offices on the east end of the elevated hallway on the 2nd floor of City Hall in La Crosse, which was formerly the Treasurers office. Asbestos may be present in the existing flooring mastic and is present in some pipe insulation, and the City has retained an asbestos abatement contractor to perform any needed pipe insulation abatement work.
