A new full set of traffic signs for the East Gate and City of Layton are needed. The traffic signs go all the way to the intersection of Fairfield Rd and 6th St. Also, a new set of luminaries with lighting protection shall be constructed for the East Gate and in the City of Layton. The construction of the project will be divided into two phases to allow one lane open at all times.
