Suwannee County is inviting qualified contractors to bid on the Charles Springs Boat Ramp Improvements project. This project will include the removing existing asphalt curb and milling 1.5" of existing asphalt ramp.
Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2024 for the following described public improvement: RACCOON RIVER GREENWAY BOAT ACCESS WEST DES MOINES, IOWA PROJECT NO. 0510-067-2021 At the above time all bids received by the City will be electronically unsealed and made public at wdm.ionwave.net with the results being reported to the West Des Moines City
However, on 7/1/2020 the gate to the timber sale will be opened from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for prospective bidder to view the project site on their own. The gate is located just east of the Lake Koon boat ramp on Evitts Creek Road. Please see the Location Map in Appendix B. A Performance Bond in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) shall be required of the successful bidder.
