Seven paper copy submittals and one electronic copy on a flash drive must be delivered by mail or hand-delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to the Town of East Haddam, Attn: Emmett Lyman – First Selectman. The submittals should be marked referencing “RFQ for 1 & 7 Main Street, East Haddam, CT”. A mandatory site visit at the 7 Main Street, East Haddam site will be conducted on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10:00 am.
NOTE: The apparent low bidder, as determined by the Town of East Haddam immediately after the bid opening, shall submit the Pre-award DBE Commitment Approval Request form(s) to the Town of East Haddam NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) calendar days after the bid opening. This is a requirement of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, Participation of DBEs.
