The other EDS and EBSD systems are mounted on Thermo Fisher (FEI) Helios 660 Dual Beam electron microscope that is located outside the cleanroom in the G corridor laboratory in the NIST Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology (CNST) in Gaithersburg, MD.
