The SEDC of Schertz (the “City”) publishes this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and seeks proposals from interested grant administration firms for grant writing and administration of an infrastructure development Economic Development Administration (EDA) Grant under the American Recovery Plan or other EDA Infrastructure Grant programs (the “Project”). The City will accept proposals from all qualified firms and rank the offerors. 

This requirement was awarded directly to Siemens Industry Software, Inc. as a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for continued agency-wide purchasing of Siemens Electronic Design Automation (EDA) (formerly Mentor Graphics) new software licenses, software maintenance/subscriptions for existing licenses, and SISW products for training services.. It has been determined that Siemens Industry Software Inc. is the sole provider of the Siemens EDA products and services. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
