In addition, the intent is for industry to provide input and thought to the SEC regarding eDiscovery workflow, resource allocation and program protocols. An overview of the SEC's current eDiscovery process and eco-system is provided. These documents are intended to provide registered participants with a basis for the questions they plan on addressing with, and input they plan on providing to, the SEC during the event.
