The shareholders of SLSP are major Swiss libraries or their parent institutions (higher education institutions) or public authorities. The tender is for a next generation system, consisting of a library management system (LMS) with integrated link resolver (LR), electronic resource management (ERM) and knowledge base (KB) as well as a discovery system (DS), which are provided as software as a service (SaaS).
Provide appropriate library services similar to those in the community, while taking into consideration the requirements of the correctional environment. c. Ensure education programs and library services respect gender, ethnic, cultural and linguistic differences, and are responsive to the special needs of women inmates, Indigenous inmates, inmates requiring mental health care and other groups.
The services shall be performed in accordance with local guidelines and other policy and procedure documents that serve to guide EPA librarians on the national level (http://www2.epa.gov/libraries/epa-national-library-network-policy-and-procedures).
