AF A2/6 seeks to procure Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) Support to provide services to support implementation of effective DCIPS program management, communications, DIEB and policy expertise for the USAF Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (ISR) and Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) that will enhance the readiness of the ISR/CEO Force.

These specifications cover the production of a separate-covered book requiring such operations as electronicprepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution.
The suite of planned ILTE capabilities will enable testing and training under tactical conditions for small- and large-scale operations while integrating cyber and electromagnetic activities effects in support of the Army’s major modernization programs. The ILTE achieved its initial capability delivery in February 2019, and enabled the U.S. Army to test all identified future weapon systems in realistic operational environments.
