Installation of 4 new high efficiency boilers, new circulation pumps and domestic hot water supply and related equipment per contract documents. Projects must seek to implement energy efficiency measures and decarbonize heating, cooling, and/or hot water systems, as further provided below.

The intent of this project is to increase the efficiency of the Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Heating System at Sechelt Hospital while also retaining redundancy through the existing dual-fuel boiler system. The existing aging shell & tube DHW heat exchangers shall be replaced with two (2) new plate & frame heat exchangers (supplied by VCH).
