This is an unrestricted procurement with no set aside.The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, NBAF Manhattan, KS has a requirement to repair the Effluent Decontamination System (EDS) and Thermal Tissue Autoclaves (TTA).
Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation.
TENDERS ARE INVITED to provide whole effluent toxicity testing for compliance with National Pollutant Discharge permits for various water reclamation plants to the District from the award of the purchase order through December 31, 2025. The Contract is comprised of six (6) items. Bidders must submit bids for all six (6) items or the bid will be rejected as non-responsive.
