The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”) – Roseville Electric Utility (hereinafter “REU”), is soliciting proposals for a design and build contractor that will utilize a Barco, Inc., or equivalent manufacturer that specializes in digital projection and imaging technology for a new Emergency Operations Center (hereinafter “EOC”) and Secondary Conference Room Video Wall System. The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) is seeking the services of a consultant to review electric entity emergency operations plans; analyze and advise the Commission on the ability of the electric grid to withstand extreme weather; and make recommendations on improving emergency operations plans and procedures in order to ensure the continuity of electric service.

It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing for Electric Transmission & Distribution Emergency Services for the City of Alexandria Electric Distribution Department for a twelve (12) month period. Prices are to be submitted on an hourly rate basis for the specified job classifications and equipment.
