The contract will also include the survey of the existing electrical panels at Bldg 230, Fort Shafter to determine the existing load capacity of the electrical panel(s) prior to installation of the new air conditioning units. Lastly, contractor will evaluate the information from the existing electrical panel survey and develop a plan for replacing all window and malfunctioning units with split system units in Bldg 230.

The Work consists of selective demolition, and replacement of existing electrical panels and circuit breakers in various buildings, as defined in the plans and specifications attached. The small business size standard is $15m or less The Government anticipates the award of a firm, fixed price contract.
