Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical Engineering Services required may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: • Development of site plans and site design • Stormwater assessment and permit submittal • Surveying • ACT 250 permitting • Electrical Engineering Consultation • Mechanical Engineering Consultation • Structural Engineering Consultation • Civil Engineering Consultation • Architectural design and development
Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical Engineering Services required may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: • Development of site plans and site design • Stormwater assessment and permit submittal • Surveying • ACT 250 permitting • Electrical Engineering Consultation • Mechanical Engineering Consultation • Structural Engineering Consultation • Civil Engineering Consultation • Architectural design and development
Other work items include construction of concrete pad for the generator, block wall enclosure, solid steel gate, electrical connections, appurtenances, permitting (Building and Air Pollution Control Board) and other items as necessary to have a full turnkey operation. Other Details The Contractor will be responsible for procuring the generator per the technical specifications prepared by the City of Bakersfield.
