The DISA Business Systems Directorate (SD) has acquired development and sustainmentsupport services in areas where the Government lacks the resources required to maintainits EDMS. DISA/SD2 currently contracts technical support to maintain the EDMSapplication system and the associated customized application programs and system tools,which are beyond in-house support capabilities.

Electronic Document and Records Management Project Description :This RFPis being issued for the purpose of securing proposals from qualified solution Vendors who are able to demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to provide an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) solution based on Microsoft SharePoint that meets the Town’s needs, as described in the terms of reference.

Amendment to change frequency from 11 containers to be collected weekly to change to 11 containers to be collected bi-weekly (see corrected attachment).Provide all parts, tools, labor, supervision, transportation and facilities to perform on-site collection, off-site document destruction services.

The Naval Sea Systems Command and affiliated Program Executive Offices are issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for document and media destruction services up to and including the SECRET level (i.e. Unclassified, Controlled Unclassified Information, CONFIDENTIAL, and SECRET).
