*Notice to Quoter: This is a Combo synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format of FAR 12.6. The Government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer responsive and conforming to our requirements in the item description below represents the best overall price to the Government. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information, not later than 1500 hours on 3 Sep 20 Japan Standard Time (JST). Offerors may use another format for submission of quotes. However, all quotes must contain the minimum information required.Please see attached Combo.
Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to ForeFlight, LLC for Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts. These charts must provide domestic flight planning, navigation, aviation weather and terminal charting that integrates with portable ADS-B receivers. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 1, 2019 through August, 31 2020.
