The City of Lancaster, is seeking proposals for the installation of two electronic marquees to enhance communication and visibility for our facilities. These marquees will serve as dynamic communication tools, providing important information, announcements, and promotional messages to our community and visitors. Currently there are approximately 132 Electronic marquees in the District, some of which will be replaced and adding new sign, as needed. During the term of the contract, sites will be identified by District personnel to the Contract Administrator, who in turn will notify the Contractor. All requests for electronic signs will be issued by the Project Leader or designee.

Three new digital color LED marquees that will replace the existing electronic marquees at the listed locations; Tyndall Flight line gate, Sabre Drive Gate, and Airey Main Gate.
SPECIFICATION/SCOPE OF WORK: This proposal is for indefinite quantities of electronic signs, including LED marquees, parts, accessory equipment, related materials, installation services, and any additional services required for repair or maintenance that the district may need. The exact quantities needed are not known at this time. However, the district estimates the cost will be more than $50,000 for a fiscal year.
