The U.S Food and Drug Administration is establishing a contract to provide software and services associated with implementing the Electronic Museum (EMu) Scientific Collection Management System (SCMS) software, brand name or equal to. This includes training and support services to assist the FDA in maintaining and supporting the EMu SCMS.
The purpose of this procurement is to procure a Scientific Collections Management System (SCMS) and related technical support services that is BRAND NAME OR EQUAL to the Electronic Museum (EMu) SCMS, licenses and support for a twelve (12) month period. The Product shall support the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Objectives: The objective of this requirement is to provide the National Museum of Health and Medicine (NMHM) with license renewals and support services for continued use of the Axiell Electronic Museum (EMu) database system/software.Specific Tasks/Requirements:The Contractor shall provide 15 annual license renewals for the Axiell EMu database system/software.
