The tanks included are the Caledonia Road tank (750,000 gallons) and the 401 South tank (500,000 gallons). The proposed start date for the work is Spring/Summer of 2025.

Demolition of an existing 2.0 million gallon steel storage tank, underground piping, foundation, valves, and miscellaneous concrete structures.
