The 300,000-gallon elevated storage tank has been in service for 80+ years and has outlasted its intended lifetime use. A new 500,000 gallon water tower is near completion and will be commissioned in the short future to meet campus demand to replace the existing 300,000-gallon elevated storage tank. Following the commissioning and operational transition of the new water tower, the 1940’s vintage water tower will be slated to be demolished.
