The asphalt pavement needs to be replaced at the main parking lot (from the west elevation of the main building all the way to the east limit of the asphalt), the main driveway and drive aisle, and at the boat ramp. Localized asphalt replacement is required at the other two parking lots.
The Contractor will be responsible for removing existing chain link fencing to access the locations around the building. An ADA ramp, including handrails, will be installed at the south elevation of Building B and a new ramp and stairs will be installed at the North Elevation.
