BACKGROUND The Official Residence (OR) of the Embassy of Canada to Ireland, in Dublin is located within a Conservation Area and is a protected structure. The OR has a large greenhouse located in the rear garden, within the curtilage and therefore falls within the protected structure.

General Janitorial Services at US Embassy owned and leased office spaces in Dublin, Ireland.The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, gymnasium, fitness and shower rooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, windows and stairways. 

The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone network services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Dublin, Ireland.  The rates shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit.  The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for services that have been satisfactorily performed.
