Embassy Hanoi intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for transportation service requirements including, but not limitted to, vehicle rental and pickup/ drop off services for the Agencies in U.S. Embassy Hanoi.

The Embassy of the United States in Bujumbura, Burundi will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
