Upon the request of the Town of Wickenburg Police Department, the contracted towing service companies will be responsible for removal of wrecked vehicles from accident scenes; vehicles which constitute a traffic hazard; vehicles that may be evidence of a crime; vehicles impounded as a result of an arrest; and any other vehicle in accordance with A.R.S. §28- 3511.
