Contractor - Urgent Flood Damage Reinstatement Project Description :Scope of Work/Overview:To reinstate areas impacted by flood back to their original state approximately 200-300 square feet of area was impacted by the flood. This consists of carpet tiles, drywall, insulation, ceiling tiles, vinyl baseboard, vinyl wallpaper, electrical and data lines, guards for escorting. IT department may require relocation during the work.
This project does not include environmental remediation, structural repair work, plumbing, or electrical services. The following images illustrate some of the work that needs to be done in the basement.
The project consists of on-call construction services for the repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous improvements of Clark County Regional Flood Control District flood control facilities, as well as local flood control repairs, maintenance, flood event cleanup and emergency cleanup after natural disasters.
