The Project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the existing Community Center for temporary activation of an emergency operations center, including modifications to meeting rooms, electrical and telecom systems, installation of new roof mounted radio and television antennae and equipment, and addition of an exterior emergency backup generator system and site enclosure with associated underground utilities.
Provide a minimum of two (2) additional outlets for eachworkstation in all offices and the emergency operations room. Provide one newtelephone panel and one new internet distribution panel for the building. Installa minimum of one telephone and one data receptacle in each room. FIRE PROTECTION: Provide operable openings as required to meet local fireand life safety emergency egress requirements.
