In the event of an emergency, the vendor shall verbally inform the Requesting Entity of a revised cost estimate which the Requesting Entity in its sole discretion may verbally approve, provided the vendor submits a written revised cost estimate no later than ten (10) calendar days after verbal approval. In the case of emergencies, the hourly rate does not change, there will be additional hours spent fixing the situation.
