1.0 PURPOSE 1.1 The Atlanta Independent School System (hereinafter, “Atlanta Public Schools” or “APS”) invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal to provide Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) three-year re-inspections.
The Kodiak Island Borough requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services in the performance of a tri-annual reinspection, updating, and development of Management Plans for Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) compliance for asbestos-containing materials in school facilities around Kodiak Island.
In addition to the conduction of the Asbestos Hazards Emergency Response Act (AHERA) triennial inspection and modification of the district’s management plan reflecting the results of the inspection.
