The Department administers the Pharmacy Benefits Plan (the Plan) that covers Active Employees, State Retirees, Satellite Account Employees and Retirees, Direct Pay Enrollees, and their respective eligible Dependents. The plan is self-funded by the State and is an employee-sponsored health plan administered as part of the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program.
CPA is seeking a qualified Health Insurance Program Consultant to evaluate the current offerings and assist with the development and planning of short, mid and long-range Employee and Retiree Health Plan Benefit Program strategies consistent with the needs of CPA.
