IntroductionEmployee Leasing and Temporary Services1.1. SummaryThe purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive, sealed Bids to furnish Employee Leasing and Temporary Services for the County of Volusia, Florida.There are more than one hundred (100) facilities located throughout the County with over forty divisions that may require the utilization of leased or temporary employees.
Workers’ Compensation: as per the statutory requirements of the State in which the work is performed, including Employer’s Liability with a minimum limits of: 1.3.1. $500,000 per accident 1.3.2. $500,000 per disease each employee 1.3.3. $500,000 disease policy limit 1.3.4. Any subcontractor or employee leasing company used by the contractor must maintain Workers’ Compensation coverage equal to these limits.
