Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition to provide Tactical EMT Training Services.
The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole source contract to North American Rescue Training, LLC. to provide Tactical Medical EMT Training Services. The anticipated period of performance is September 10, 2020 to August 20, 2021, with two option years. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be publicized at a later date.
The EMT Training Institution will be able to offer all three levels of EMT training during Spring 2023.
Department of Army has requirement to provide EMT Professional Training to Soliders.
