San Diego Unified School District is in need of a 5 year agreement for a contractor shall provide As-Needed Fire Mitigation Slope Management Services and encampment removal services. The San Diego Unified School District (District) is responsible for the management and safety of approximately 210+ schools and District owned properties.
The Provider under this agreement shall coordinate resources, develop strategies, and support relationships to mitigate COVID-19 in populations experiencing homelessness by establishing a full-time homeless shelter and encampment COVID-19 Mitigation Coordinator. The Mitigation Coordinator will partner with a collaborative of non-profit organizations that operate homeless shelters or serve people who are experiencing homelessness.

Contract ScopeThis Statewide Contract is for the cleanup and environmental mitigation of homeless encampments on public properties after they have been abandoned or cleared of human habitation.
