Building Enclosure and Storm Water Drainage Repairs at the existing Historic U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse in downtown Tallahassee, Florida. This project will correct the existing water intrusion issues occurring in the building as well as improving existing building enclosure system for long term performance.

The work to be performed under these specifications consist of furnishing all parts, materials, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to accomplish the repair and testing of existing Radio Frequency (RF) Shielded Enclosure under the control of Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.See Attachment 1 - Statement of Work

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCEThe 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota, intends to award a single source purchase order to ETS Lindgren as a result of them being the only capable source for repairs and testing for a shielded enclosure at Minot AFB.This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 3.106-1(b).
