ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit - Swansea Town Hall Residences Project Description :Swansea Town Hall Residences ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 68 units of housing in Toronto, Ontario, invites submissions for an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit.
NYSERDA offers free energy audits to identify energy efficiency measures for eligible farms and on-farm producers, including but not limited to: dairies, orchards, greenhouses, vegetables, vineyards, grain dryers, and poultry/egg. In addition, greenhouse facilities can receive a free benchmarking report that describes their energy use intensity and benchmarks their facility against an anonymous aggregate of peer facilities.
The Town of Fairfield Selectboard is seeking proposals for a formal energy audit of Fairfield’s Common School building at 52 Soule Drive. This audit will help us plan renovations by guiding us on energy efficiency improvements that can be made to the building. Fairfield’s Common School was originally built as the Town Hall and was used as classroom space from 1828-2020.
The Town of Jackson is in the process of creating a new Sustainability Plan that embodies the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by the year 2030. As the Town pursues this goal, it seeks to contract a business or organization to conduct an energy audit that will provide information on current building inefficiencies and opportunities for upgrades.
