The primary purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit ideas, suggestions, comments, and any other information as inputs to the development of the Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)) and the expansion of the existing Kentucky Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund, including third party administration options for the RLF programs.
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (“Comptroller”) administers the LoanSTAR (Saving Taxes and Resources) Revolving Loan Program through its State Energy Conservation Office (“SECO”).
