Turnkey energy efficiency services are defined as: performance of energy audits; identification and payback analysis of energy efficiency measures; recommendation of appropriate energy efficiency measures; installation services, material and labor warranties; and appropriate reporting and facilitating of National Grid (Utility) or other available incentives or rebates.
