This opportunity is available only to the utility contractor servicing Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Utilities Energy Service Contract (UESC-2) N62473-21-G-4402, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for the primary objective of delivering reliability, resiliency, and energy efficiency to MCAS Miramar, including replacement of lighting fixtures, HVAC, and transformers.

Project examples (may include but are not limited to): Building energy assessment or audits plus energy efficiency upgrades Energy efficiency upgrades at wastewater or water supply facilities Replacement of traffic signals and streetlights to improve energy efficiency Eligible Project Costs Project costs incurred before the approval of a grant award are not eligible.
